Before the winter break, all of the grade eights watched a movie called "Pay It Forward". The movie was about a little boy who payed it forward, by helping 3 people. All of the grade 8 students were assigned to pay it forward, by doing
ONE act of kindness for a person that we know or a stranger. My friends and I decided to help Eunice's neighbor, by shoveling her sidewalk for her.

We didn't get the chance to tell the person to pay it forward, because nobody answered the door. Right after shovelling, I felt really good that I helped someone without asking for anything in return. I'm also glad that for once I thought of somebody who needed help, instead of thinking about myself. This assignment taught me to care and help others, and to always do something nice for someone whenever I can. There is only 1 purpose of doing this assignment, and that purpose is to make a difference in someone's life!

Now that I payed it forward, you should too! So you can make a difference in someone's life.
Can One Person Make A Difference? One person can truly make a difference. If no one made a diiference in this world, we wouldn't have what we need!
Ella!
Hey good job on "paying it forward"! I know the feeling.. that when you do something good for another person it makes you feel really good! Keep up the good work!
